Judge Says City Election Ballots Can Be Counted
From Times Staff and Wire Reports
Ballots in the tiny industrial city’s first contested election in 25 years could be counted later this week, a judge ruled Monday.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Aurelio Munoz ruled that the ballots -- all absentees -- could be counted.
