Man found shot to death in L.A. River

Los Angeles police were investigating the death of a 19-year-old man whose body was found about 8 a.m. Sunday on the riverbed of the Los Angeles River near Colorado Boulevard and the Glendale city line.
Police were treating the death of Michael Rodriguez as a homicide. He had been shot multiple times, said Sgt. Edward Perez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Northeast station.
