Rare quake shakes up England
From Times Wire Reports

Several thousand people were left without power in Kent County, and a woman suffered minor head and neck injuries, authorities said.
The British Geological Survey said the magnitude 4.3 quake was centered under the English Channel south of Dover, near the entrance to the Channel Tunnel.
