Mom who swung infant gets prison

A woman convicted of swinging her newborn son like a weapon at her boyfriend and fracturing the infant’s skull was sentenced in Erie to five to 10 years in prison.
Chytoria Graham, 28, was fighting with her boyfriend after a night of drinking when she grabbed her baby by his feet and swung him. The baby has recovered from his injuries and is living with Graham’s family.
Graham was convicted in October of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, simple assault and child endangerment.
