High schools: It was reported in Thursday’s Sports section that Willie West, boys’ basketball coach at Los Angeles Crenshaw, won his 800th game Wednesday against Locke. West won the milestone game Monday, with a 71-60 victory over View Park Prep. The victory Wednesday made his record 801-139.
