On thinner ice

It’s heartwarming to see that Dean Lombardi is giving Matty Norstrom a chance to win the Cup by sending him to Dallas. Too bad we Kings fans continue to bear the brunt of such generosity.

As a lifelong Kings fan, it is difficult watching the team stripped to the bone. When the Kings are back playing at a .500 level, I will be happy to buy tickets. With our four or five core players and a collection of second- and fourth-round picks, that should be about 2010 if we’re lucky.
