Burbank Media District to gain office building
A speculative $130-million office building will be constructed in the Burbank Media District this year by Higgins Development Partners, the builders announced.
Work on the seven-story, 363,000-square-foot office called 2300 Empire Center will begin in September and should be complete by late next year.
The development at 2300 W. Empire Blvd. will be the first in Southern California for Chicago-based Higgins. Walton Street Capital, also in Chicago, is a financial partner in the development.
