Letters should be no-barking zone

While I’m not thrilled about paying an additional $5 for parking, I’m at least pleased that someone is actually trying to fix the traffic problems at Dodger Stadium.

I’m sure there are other “seasoned” Dodger fans who have also devised quick escape routes over the years to beat the traffic, but let’s face it, parking at Dodger Stadium, as a whole, stinks.

So if I have to pay an additional $5, and I can only leave through the gate I entered, and this actually helps, then I’m all for it. If it doesn’t work, then I will complain. But unlike all the knee-jerk reactionaries that write your paper every week, I’m going to wait and try the new parking plan first, before I act like a petulant child and complain before I even try.

Dear Mr. McCourt,

Having attended Dodgers games for well over 20 years, it is safe to say that the vast majority of fans can find their own parking space without the need of the newly hired attendants.

Here’s some advice: It is after the game that those attendants are needed!
