PBS’ “What Females Want and Males Will Do” (8 tonight, KCET) proves what we have always known to be true: Females call the shots. The two-part special gets up close with courting critters, including the gelada baboon, whose chest turns bright red when he’s in love, and Australia’s lyrebird, who does a fan dance for his woman.
