Officer stabbed in fight at lounge
An off-duty Los Angeles police officer was stabbed during a fight with several men outside a San Pedro lounge early Saturday morning, authorities said.
The stabbing occurred shortly after midnight outside Crimsin in the 300 block of West 6th Street, according to Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Eisenman said the officer was taken to a hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Authorities arrested two men in connection with the incident and are searching for two others suspected of being involved in the fight, Eisenman said.
LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division is investigating the incident.
The upscale nightclub opened last year in the building that formerly housed another bar, Tommy’s Yacht Club.
The Crimsin, according to a review in The Times, allows regulars to buy and store name-tagged, key-locked bottles at the bar and enforces a strict dress code.
