VEGAS: HAPPY TO SEE YOU
Steve Friess’ article on gays and lesbians in Vegas was right on [“Come as You Are, the Party Is a la Carte,” June 19]. It quoted a study stating Sin City was the No. 2 most popular travel destination for gays and lesbians before Vegas even made an attempt for the gay dollar. So, no matter what your sexual orientation is, Vegas welcomes all of it with open arms and hungry pockets, which is a good thing.
Where else on this planet can you find a venue that loves everybody not for what they are, but for how much money they are willing to lose, while at the same time having fun doing it?
