Record vs. Flames (2007-08) -- 1-3-0.
Update -- The Flames have won five consecutive games behind the play of goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff. He has a 1.40 goals-against average and .952 save percentage in those five games. It will be Former King Night, as Michael Cammalleri and Craig Conroy return to Staples Center. Cammalleri has three goals and six points in the last five games. Conroy has four points in the last four games. The Kings moved Patrick O’Sullivan onto the first line Thursday, reuniting him with Anze Kopitar and Dustin Brown. The three spent most of last season on the same line. The Kings decided not to return 19-year-old center Oscar Moller to Chilliwack, his junior hockey team, at this time. Moller had to be returned after nine games or his entry-level contract would begin this season. He cannot be sent to minor league Manchester but can still go back to Chilliwack.
