Police are trying to determine whether the blinking device a man wore into a San Francisco law office Monday was a bomb.

Police arrested the man, who has not been identified, on Monday after cordoning off streets and evacuating the law firm’s offices in a financial district high-rise.

San Francisco Police Sgt. Neville Gittens said the man walked into the offices of Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein and told the receptionist he had a bomb.

Gittens said the man was wearing a device featuring a white tube and a flashing light.

Witnesses said the man said he was angry over not being picked to appear on the game show “The Price is Right.”
