News Corp., as expected, has hired former AOL chief Jonathan Miller to oversee its digital media businesses, including the MySpace social-networking website.
Miller, who ran AOL from 2002 to 2006, will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Rupert Murdoch, the New York company said.
Miller, 52, will oversee News Corp.’s stand-alone websites, as well as its stake in Hulu.com.
