Ned Colletti and the Dodgers need to find a way to acquire Toronto ace Roy Halladay. With about half a season gone, his $14-million salary is now $7 million. They saved a bunch of money on Manny’s 50-game suspension and can easily convert right field or any other section into none other than . . . Hallawood.
