Lakers Coach Phil Jackson passed Larry Brown for fifth on the NBA’s all-time coaching list in victories with 1,049. The Bulls’ second-year point guard Derrick Rose, averaging 13.4 points and 5.5 assists a game, continues to impress, and their willowy center, Joakim Noah, leads the NBA in rebounding, with an average of 12.4 a game.
