Up next for the Ducks: Sunday vs. New York Rangers
AT NEW YORK RANGERS
When: 2 p.m. PDT.
Where: Madison Square Garden.
On the air: TV: Prime Ticket; Radio: 830.
Records: Ducks 2-1-1, Rangers 3-1-0.

Update: This is the last of four consecutive road games for the Ducks, and the second of back-to-back contests. Also this month, the Ducks face Vancouver on the road Oct. 30 and then host Phoenix the next day. “I don’t worry too much about the schedule,” said goaltender Jonas Hiller, who has been starting ahead of Jean-Sebastien Giguere through the season’s first four games. “It’s a game and you have to be ready once the puck drops.” The Rangers have won three consecutive games and are in the league’s top 10 in goals per game (3.5), goals against (2.5) and penalty kills (85.7%).
