Authorities say a San Bernardino County man convicted of impersonating a firefighter in 2007 is now accused of sexually assaulting two girls while running a phony fire explorer program at his house.
Robert William Tell was arrested Wednesday after police served a search warrant at his Apple Valley home. Officers seized firefighting equipment and other evidence.
The 39-year-old Tell is charged with sodomy, sexual abuse and other crimes against a pre-teen and a 15-year-old.
