Police are investigating the death of a woman found burned in a parking lot early Saturday.
The unidentified victim was discovered about 8:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of Kettering Street after being reported by a passer-by. Irvine police believe the victim was in her mid-20s and was burned in the parking lot.
An autopsy was pending.
