Jay McGraw, Erica Dahm have a home to sell in Beverly Hills Post Office area
Jay McGraw, an executive producer of several of his father’s “Dr. Phil” specials, and his wife, former model Erica Dahm, have listed their Beverly Hills Post Office-area home at $6.25 million.
The contemporary Mediterranean, completed in 2006, is a 6,980-square-foot house with a two-story entry, sweeping staircase, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The nearly half-acre property includes a swimming pool with spa and a cabana-covered outdoor living and dining room.
McGraw, 31, is the creator and executive producer of the Daytime Emmy-winning series “The Doctors” (2008-11). He is chief executive of L.A.-based Stage 29 Productions, which he founded with his dad.
Dahm, 33, is one of identical triplets featured in the December 1998 issue of Playboy. They have appeared together on TV shows including “Family Feud” (2008) and “Renovate My Family” (2004-06).
The couple bought the property in 2007 for $4,995,000, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Bill Dolan of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, is the listing agent.
