‘Supergirl’ creator Allison Adler grabs a chic spot in Hollywood Hills West
Writer-producer Allison Adler, whose diverse production credits range from “Family Guy” to “Supergirl,” has landed a contemporary home in Hollywood Hills West for $2.575 million.
The nearly 3,000-square-foot house, built in 1953 and since renovated, sold for $20,000 less than the original asking price, according to public records.
The tan front of the home gives way to a subdued interior filled with white, brown and gray hues. White-painted beamed ceilings hang over dark hardwood floors in the living areas. Gray accents and cabinetry in the kitchen complete the scheme.
A dual-sided fireplace connects the living room to the dining room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors bring in light.
The color palette continues in the spacious master suite, which features a bathroom with a tub wrapped in hardwood. The home holds two other bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Out back, trees and shrubs surround two patches of lawn. A barbecue island sits adjacent.
Josh Flagg of Rodeo Realty held the listing. Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, represented Adler, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Adler, 50, also co-created “The New Normal. Her other production credits include “Just Shoot Me!” and “Chuck.” She signed a deal with CBS Studios this summer that will see her work on the CW’s “Dynasty” reboot.
