Estate of late Bonnie Franklin sells her Encino home
The longtime home of the late actress Bonnie Franklin has been sold in Encino for $2.1 million.
The one-story traditional, priced at $1.945 million, went into escrow 10 days after coming on the market and closed in a little more than a month. Features include a family room, a den/office with a fireplace, three more fireplaces, three en suite bedrooms, an additional bathroom and 3,771 square feet of living space.
The more than three-quarter lot includes a swimming pool with a brick surround.

Franklin, who died in March at 69, starred on the late ‘70s and early ‘80s sitcom “One Day at a Time.” She had a recurring character on “The Young and the Restless” in 2012.
Harriet Cameron and Andrew Spitz of Prudential California Realty represented the buyers. Dick and Stephanie Franklin of Gibson International Realty represented the estate.
