Panic! at the Disco’s Brendon Urie buys in Encino
Singer-songwriter Brendon Urie of Panic! at the Disco fame has purchased a home in Encino for $1.17 million.
The Traditional-style home sits behind a tall gate on a corner lot with three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 1,935 square feet of living spaces. Open, light-filled interiors feature dark hardwoods and vaulted ceilings with window treatments.
Among its features are an updated kitchen with a center island and wine rack and a master suite with a soaking tub. Formal living areas open onto an enclosed backyard with a pool and waterfall feature.
Urie, 27, is the lead singer of the pop-rock band known for its genre-bending style. He married Sarah Orzechowski at a ceremony in Malibu last year.
Sale of the property closed in late July, according to public records. The home originally came to market in May asking $1.199 million.
JB Fung of John Aaroe Group was the listing agent. Steven Tipp of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty represented Urie in the sale.
