Chris Evans buys $3.5-million home in Hollywood Hills West
Superhero actor Chris Evans has bought a house in Hollywood Hills West for $3.52 million.
The gated traditional-style house, built in 1940, has been restored and features three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and nearly 4,600 square feet of living space. The three-quarter-acre lot includes swimming pool with a spa, a fire pit and a deck.
Grandest pool around? Malibu has it
Evans, 31, plays Captain America in the film series of the same name. He also starred last year in the same role in “The Avengers.” He was Johnny Storm / Human Torch in “Fantastic Four” movies.
Paul Wylie of Lamerica was the listing agent. Rayni Romito of Hilton & Hyland represented Evans, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
