Jessica Alba seeks $11,500 a month for furnished home in Beverly Hills
Actress, model and beauty supply entrepreneur Jessica Alba has listed her house in Beverly Hills for lease at $11,500 a month.
Set behind gates on a quarter-acre of grounds, the contemporary-style home features 2,286 square feet of living space designed and furnished by Consort Design.
The two-story floor plan includes a living room with vaulted ceilings, an updated chef’s kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a bonus room. A spiral staircase winds down to a lower-level game room with a pool table and a wet bar.
Outdoors, an entertainer’s patio draws the eye with black-and-white checkerboard tile. Views take in the surrounding canyon and cityscape.
Alba, 35, has film credits that include “Sin City” (2005) and “Fantastic Four” (2005). This year she appeared in the films “Mechanic: Resurrection” and “The Veil.”
She co-founded the cosmetics company The Honest Co. in 2011.
The property last changed hands in 2002 for $1.1 million, public records show.
Mark Alba of Alba Realty is the leasing agent.
