Marvel Studios’ Kevin Feige is looking for action in Pacific Palisades
Film producer and Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige is looking to cast a new owner for a Traditional-style home in Pacific Palisades listed at $3.68 million.
Trimmed in white, the two-story house on a cul-de-sac has formal living and dining rooms, an open-area kitchen, five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Detailed wainscoting and trim, built-ins and neutral tones lend an East Coast ambiance to more than 4,000 square feet of living space.
The second-floor master suite features such details as a fireplace, a walk-in closet and a private terrace.
Sliding glass doors open to hedged grounds containing a covered patio and a large expanse of grass. Atop the home, a rooftop deck takes in ocean views.
Feige and his wife, Caitlin, bought the house in late 2009 for $3.175 million, property records show. The couple reportedly bought a $9.425-million, Nantucket-inspired Traditional in the Lower Riviera area of Pacific Palisades last year, according to Variety.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, has the listing.
Feige, 42, has produced a parade of box office hits since joining Marvel Studios in 2000. His most recent film, “Ant-Man,” has brought in more than $300 million worldwide this summer.
