Rihanna’s onetime rental back on market in Pacific Palisades
The Pacific Palisades home that Rihanna once called home is back on the market for $13 million.
The sexy Contemporary house, built in 2009, has been listed for sale at various price points. Rihanna lived there as a tenant for an undisclosed amount. Lease prices have included $65,000 and $100,000 a month.
The knoll-top estate features a two-story entry with dual sweeping staircase, an open plan living space with a dining area that can seat 16, 14-foot ceilings and walls of glass in about 11,000 square feet. A media/game room, a long corner bar, a den, a breakfast room, a library/study, an office and a rooftop deck are among the living spaces.
The master suite has a double-sided fireplace and sitting area for a house-wide total of seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two powder rooms. There’s an elevator.
A cabana sits near the resortlike swimming pool, which has fountain-style water jets. Mature oaks and sycamores dot the three-quarter-acre site.
Rihanna, the eight-time Grammy-winner who turns 27 Feb. 20, ranks among the bestselling artists of all-time with such hits as “Disturbia,” “We Found Love” and “Umbrella.”
The property last changed hands for $1.32 million in 2004, before the house was built.
Joyce Rey and Nadia Emelia of Coldwell Banker and Bachir Oueida of Nelson Shelton & Associates are the listing agents.
