WWE star Randy Orton pins down a buyer for his Missouri home
Former World Wrestling Entertainment champion Randy Orton has sold his home in a gated St. Charles, Mo., community for $775,000.
The multilevel home, built in 2013, features contemporary fixtures, hardwood floors and stone accents in more than 2,600 square feet of living space.
A custom chef’s kitchen centers on a large marble-topped island and opens to a great room with cathedral-style ceilings and a centerpiece stone fireplace. The formal living and hearth rooms also have fireplaces.
Three bedrooms and four bathrooms include a master suite with a steam shower and a custom walk-in closet.
A finished walkout level was designed for entertaining and has a media room with stadium seating, an exercise room and a family/game room with a wet bar. There’s also a safe room set behind a wide steel door.
Large terraces extend for the second level of the home and overlook the quarter-acre grounds. Lawns, woodlands and a circular fire pit complete the setting.
Orton bought the property in 2013, records show.
Rodney Wallner of Berkshire Hathaway Select represented both Orton and the buyer in the sale, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The 36-year-old Orton is a 12-time world champion and has held the WWE heavyweight championship on four occasions. The wrestler has also crossed over into film, appearing in such titles as “That’s What I Am” (2011) and “The Condemned 2” (2015).
