Tom Arnold and Ashley Groussman list Beverly Crest home for $3.85 million
The marital home of comedian and actor Tom Arnold and his wife, Ashley Groussman, has come on the market in Beverly Crest for $3.85 million.
The couple recently separated after a decade of marriage, according to reports.
Tucked behind hedges and gates, the traditional-style home was extensively remodeled by Arnold and Groussman. The renovation included a reconfiguration of the second floor and updates to the kitchen and bathrooms.
The 4,636-square-foot floor plan includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a center-island kitchen and a breakfast nook. A two-sided fireplace is shared by the living room and family room, the latter of which holds a wet bar.
The master suite has a sitting area, a chandelier-topped bathroom and two walk-in closets. There’s also a gym.
Outside, the corner lot holds a turf lawn, a built-in barbecue and a fenced saltwater swimming pool and spa. Views from the rear take in the surrounding canyon.
Arnold, 59, has scores of film credits including “True Lies” (1994), “The Stupids” (1996) and “McHale’s Navy” (1997). Last year, he appeared in the Viceland series “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes,” a pseudo-investigative series in which Arnold attempted to find and expose secret recordings of President Trump.
Rachelle Rosten of Douglas Elliman holds the listing.
