Tracey Edmonds cuts loose from her spot in Century City
Tracey Edmonds, the television host and producer, has sold her town home in Century City for $1.345 million, or about $615 per square foot.
She bought the property through a corporate entity a year ago for $1.165 million, records show.
The garden-adjacent unit, built in 1980 and recently updated, is in a guard-gated complex and has a three-car garage with direct access to the residence. It has roughly 2,200 square feet of living space plus a private balcony and a patio off the common area.
Living spaces include an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, a living/dining room with a wet bar, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Italian marble details, a custom closet and a freestanding tub by designer Laura Kirar highlight the master suite.
Building amenities include 24-hour security, five swimming pools and a fitness center.
Edmonds, 51, was a co-host on “Extra” from 2014 to 2017. She exited her role on the syndicated newsmagazine last year to focus on producing.
The chief of Edmonds Entertainment Group, Edmonds has credits that include the films “Soul Food” (1997), “Good Luck Chuck” (2007) and “New in Town” (2009). The shows “College Hill” and “Deion’s Family Playbook” are among shows she has produced.
