Matthew Perry lists ocean-view Malibu home
Actor Matthew Perry has listed a Malibu house with ocean views for sale at $13.5 million.
The contemporary-style home features sliding glass walls that open to decks, a home theater, a media room and a master suite with dual bathrooms, a sitting area, a fireplace and a window seat. There are four bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and 3,677 square feet of living space. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, spa and fire pit.
Perry, 42, starred in the decade-long sitcom “Friends” starting in 1994. Since his days as Chandler Bing, he has starred in “17 Again” (2009) and the comedy series “Mr. Sunshine” (2011).
Public records show Perry bought the property in 2005 for $6.55 million.
Greg Holcomb and Mark Rutstein of Partners Trust, Beverly Hills, are the listing agents, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
