Clutch.io, an iOS app A/B testing company, announced that it’s been acquired by Twitter.

The company, which launched in November, according to its Twitter account, said it was joining Twitter, early Monday.

“We are incredibly excited to announce that we’ve joined the flock at Twitter!” the company said in a blog post. “Twitter has acquired the IP of Clutch.io and today is our first day with the company.”

Clutch.io describes itself as “an easy to integrate library for native iOS applications designed to help you develop faster and deploy instantly.”

Prior to the acquisition, the company sold two main products: framework for app building and A/B testing for app metric measurements. It also offered hosting, but the company has already stopped accepting new transactions, according to its website.

Clutch.io also said it will make its other products available to its customers in the coming months so they can run them on their own servers. The company will then stop its hosting service come November.

Twitter confirmed Clutch.io’s team will be joining the social network and that Twitter had acquired Clutch.io’s IP.

Neither company, though, disclosed how much or if any money was exchanged.
