Courteney Cox, David Arquette list Beverly Hills home for sale
Courteney Cox and her ex-husband, David Arquette, have listed their Beverly Hills home for $19.5 million.
Nothing says celebrity like a listing that pops up on the Multiple Listing Service with a zero for the street address and an “unavailable” assessor’s parcel number. The property had been quietly shopped as a pocket listing, according to Real Estalker.
The five-bedroom home, on nearly an acre, was designed by modernist architect A. Quincy Jones and built in 1959. The one-story house features a center hall, a den/office and 5½ bathrooms. There’s a circular swimming pool and city views.

Cox, 49, has starred in “Cougar Town” since 2009 and starred on “Friends” from 1994 to 2004. Arquette, 42, is an executive producer on “Cougar Town.”
The former couple, who divorced this year, bought the home in 2004 for $5.45 million.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland is the listing agent.
