Also, Liz and Ressler (Megan Boone, Diego Klattenhoff) share confidences, while Aram’s (Amir Arison) love life becomes increasingly complicated. In the second episode Joely Richardson guest stars as one of Red’s old flames. 8 p.m. NBC
