We’ll find out as “Breaking Bad’s” Aaron Paul and Emmy show host Neil Patrick Harris, standing in for “House of Cards’ ” Kate Mara, announce the nominees at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in North Hollywood.
Drama series contenders include “Homeland,” “Downton Abbey,” “Boardwalk Empire,” “Breaking Bad,” “Game of Thrones,” “Mad Men” and “House of Cards.”
Among the comedy series hopefuls are “Modern Family,” “The Big Bang Theory,” “30 Rock,” “Veep,” “Girls,” “Arrested Development” and “Louie.”
Potential nominees in the TV movie/miniseries category include “Behind the Candelabra,” “Top of the Lake,” “American Horror Story: Asylum,” “Political Animals,” “Parade’s End” and “The Bible.”
