Harry Styles drops $4 million on house near Beverly Hills

One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles has put down some roots — or at least some cash — in the Beverly Hills Post Office area of Los Angeles, buying a $4-million home for when he visits the West Coast.

The 1967 joint, in a gated compound, has five bedrooms, a detached one-bedroom guest house and a swimming pool, Hot Property reported Monday. What more does a 20-year-old boy-band phenom need?

For those unfamiliar with “Beverly Hills Post Office,” it’s the area just north of Beverly Hills where residents get to have the 90210 ZIP Code but actually live in Los Angeles. Think hills, canyons, views, a few critters and a lot of famous faces.

Coincidentally, this news comes just as another heartthrob, Justin Bieber, was having the end of his stuff packed up and hauled out of Calabasas, wrapping up his move from Southern California to Atlanta, where we presume he hopes the neighbors are more fond of him.

But don’t think the high-end homes of SoCal are Bieber-free forever: TMZ sources say the “Beauty and a Beat” singer plans to buy something around L.A. again. We’ll see how that Atlanta rental works out ...
