What rumors? Busy Jennifer Lopez has no idea people think she’s engaged again

Jennifer Lopez is not engaged to Casper Smart — that according to Jenny from the Block herself.

The actress-singer shut down engagement stories during an “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” interview on Wednesday with simple bewilderment when the host and her “American Idol” costar Seacrest brought up the rumors.

“There’s a rumor?” she asked. “I’m not engaged, and I didn’t know there was rumors either,” the “Shades of Blue” star asserted.

“I’ve been so busy that I haven’t really had time to keep up with the gossip. You have to keep me up on it,” she added.

Busy, indeed. The mother of two is starring in NBC’s latest police procedural, taking part in the final season of Fox’s “American Idol” and just kicked off her 40-shows-a-year Las Vegas residency, “All I Have.”

The 46-year-old, who’s been married three times, recently rekindled her romance with beau Casper Smart, her former backup dancer, prompting rumors that she could be taking her fourth walk down the aisle. She shut down that possibility this month during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” but did confirm that she and Smart, 28, were back on after splitting in June 2014.

The couple spent New Year’s together in Miami, where he was working, and exchanged gifts (a tuxedo for him and vintage bracelets for her) at Christmas. But Lopez told DeGeneres that there was “no wedding” in the works.

Smart also accompanied Lopez on the red carpet at the Golden Globes on Jan. 10.
