Jimmy Fallon trips again, injuring his other hand this time

Jimmy Fallon is shaping up to be the clumsiest host in late night television -- "The Tonight Show" star took another tumble and injured himself ... again.

Fallon was receiving Harvard Lampoon's Elmer Award in Cambridge, Mass., on Saturday and took a tumble while celebrating at a party afterward, according to footage of the spill obtained by TMZ.

Claire Mercuri, a rep for the TV host, said that Fallon is "totally fine" but declined to elaborate further on the accident.

Fallon is said to have injured his right hand on glass when he fell. The gossip site said that he went to a hospital, got a clean bill of health and returned to the party that evening with his hand wrapped in a bandage.

"Nothing that a few band aids couldn't fix," Fallon wrote on Sunday, captioning a picture of his right hand on Instagram.

This is the second hand injury the "Saturday Night Live" alum sustained in a matter of months. In June, Fallon tripped on a rug in his kitchen and his wedding band caught on a countertop, ripping off his finger. The 41-year-old comic was hospitalized for 10 days and had to cancel an episode of "The Tonight Show" after the incident. He'd been wearing a sizable bandage on his left hand for months following the accident.
