Kelly Osbourne and boyfriend Matthew Mosshart are engaged!

Mosshart popped the question to his purple-haired bestie during the couple’s recent holiday in Anguilla, the two revealed in Hello.

“We were on a balcony that overlooks the ocean,” the vegan chef told the mag. “It was just beautiful. She said yes! And then she smiled for the rest of the night!”

The two met in a romantic setting as well: The 2011 wedding of model Kate Moss and musician Jamie Hince, whose band includes Mosshart’s sister Alison.

At first they were bicoastal, but Mosshart moved from New York to L.A. to be with his honey.

“We’d dated for a year and knew we wanted to be together,” Osbourne said. “Matthew has broken down every one of my walls. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do in front of him.”

That includes working out, and changing her diet to more healthful staples. If she was willing to give up fast food, it must be love, right?

Osbourne was engaged once before, to former model Luke Worrall. They broke up badly in July 2010.
