"Saylor James Cutler was born today at 1:32 p.m.," the former "Hills" star wrote, sharing a snapshot of the little one's footprints, birth details and a pink-printed dress.
The jewelry and shoe designer and the NFL star, who wed in Nashville in June 2013, are already parents to sons: Jaxon Wyatt, 18 months, and Camden Jack, 3.
In recent weeks, the 28-year-old shared tid-bits from her final trimester, including ice cream meals and attempting to induce labor with "trigger points" as they awaited their newest addition.
The MTV alum shared that they were expecting again back in May.
"We're at it again! Thrilled to announce baby number 3 is on the way! The Cutler crew keeps on growin'!" she wrote, posting a portrait of herself making a heart on her belly.
Her two sons were also in the shot, riding a little red wagon behind their expectant mama.
Two months later, the "Balancing in Heels" author revealed that their newest recruit would be a girl.
"The boys are so excited to have a little sister on the way!" she wrote, captioning a black and white portrait that featured a bright pink pair of Converse sneakers.
