SUNDAY

Steelers, Packers… and puppies? Two storied NFL franchises clash at “Super Bowl XLV,” and playful pooches cavort at “Puppy Bowl VII.” The Black Eyed Peas and some kittens perform at halftime, respectively. (Fox, 3 p.m.; Animal Planet, 3 p.m.)

And if the Super Bowl is no “Thriller” — let’s face it, they usually aren’t — fear not, for the kids from “Glee” will offer up their own version of Michael Jackson’s dancing-zombie-freakout in a very special post-game episode of the hit series. (Fox, 7:30 p.m.)

MONDAY

From Bogie and Bacall to Brad and Angie, it’s a countdown of “Hollywood’s Greatest Love Affairs of All Time.” And from Lucy and Desi to Brad — him, again? — and Jen, there’s a survey of “Hollywood’s Most Shocking Breakups.” (TV Guide, 8 and 9 p.m.)

WEDNESDAY

He’s a long, tall drink of lawman, fast on the draw, slow on the drawl. We confess: We have a man-crush on Timothy Olyphant (above). He’s back for another season of cops-and-hillbillies on the return of the Kentucky-set action drama “Justified.” (FX, 10 p.m.)

THURSDAY

What would you do for a Klondike bar — er, rather, a big, fat research grant? Such is Leonard’s (Johnny Galecki) dilemma when “Arrested Development’s” Jessica Walter guest stars as a potential benefactrix on “The Big Bang Theory.” (CBS, 8 p.m.)
