The Tingler Capping a monthlong Halloween celebration, the Cinefamily screens William Castle’s 1959 horror-thriller, starring Vincent Price, about a centipede-like parasite that feeds on human terror. Zola Jesus The dark-wave synth-wrangler and powerhouse vocalist Nika Danilova just released “Conatus,” the biggest statement yet in an already-long career for the young singer-producer. Tracks such as “Vessel” are saturated in tangled electronics and stuttering drum samples, but her opera-sized vocals make it all feel epic.
