Strike Back: In this new episode, Scott (Sullivan Stapleton) passes muster with Connolly (Liam Cunningham), who gives him a stolen hard drive with the security information he’ll need to break into Bratton’s (Alistair Petrie) business (10 p.m. Cinemax).
Roseanne’s Nuts: Roseanne agrees to take Jenny’s kids for a day of home schooling (10 p.m. Lifetime). A second new episode “Menopause for Dummies” follows at (10:30 p.m.).
Torchwood: Miracle Day: In the season finale, the Torchwood team undertakes one last, desperate mission that entails traveling around the world. John Barrowman, Eve Myles, Mekhi Phifer and Bill Pullman star (10 p.m. Starz).

WGN News Special Report: This new special “Ground Zero: Chicago Remembers” documents the 10th Anniversary of 9/11 in the windy city (7:30 p.m. WGN America).
Beyond 911: Portraits of Resilience: This new special tells the stories of 40 men and women who made great sacrifices for America after the attacks of 9/11 (8 p.m. CNN).
9/11: The Days After: This new documentary examines what happened following the terrorist attacks (9 p.m. History).
Fox 11 News Presents: 9/11 Ten Years Later: Three families will speak about how their lives were affected by the terrorist attacks and members of the California National Guard about how their lives have been changed over the last 10 years. Carlos Amezcua and Christine Devine host (10:30 p.m. KTTV)
