Jennifer Aniston engaged to boyfriend Justin Theroux

Jennifer Aniston is engaged!

The 43-year-old star agreed to marry actor boyfriend Justin Theroux on Friday, fast-tracking the couple of 15 months to the altar.

“Justin Theroux had an amazing birthday on Friday, receiving an extraordinary gift when his girlfriend, Jennifer Aniston, accepted his proposal of marriage,” a Theroux rep told People.

Aniston and Theroux got close on the set of the 2011 comedy “Wanderlust.” The pair moved into a rental home several months later, while they reportedly searched for the perfect permanent residence.

Speaking of homes, anyone not taking residence under a rock may remember that Aniston was previously married to actor Brad Pitt, from 2000 to 2005. Tabloid legend was born after the couple split, and Pitt took up immediately with his “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” costar Angelina Jolie.

This will be Theroux’s first exchanging of vows, but not the last we’ll hear of the Brad-Jen-Angelina triangle: Pitt and Jolie are also engaged to be married. Anticipate endless covers tracking the race to the altar.

Aniston is currently filming “We’re the Millers” with Jason Sudeikis. Theroux has been hired to write and direct ‘Zoolander 2,” the sequel to Ben Stiller’s beloved male model spoof.
