Shakira, Gerard Piqué debut baby boy

Shakira has debuted the first photo of her baby boy with Gerard Piqué -- and we’re talking a real baby pic, not one showing just his adorable kicks.

The singer posted the pic of her boyfriend, 25, kissing the cheek of his son Milan on her UNICEF page Monday with a plea to help the U.N. agency for children.

“Visit our @Unicef #Babyshower to see the 1st pic of my 2 angels & help underprivileged babies,” she first wrote on Twitter. Then adding the photo, “Meet our baby boy Milan / Les presentamos a nuestro bebe Milan.”

Baby Milan was born in Barcelona on Jan. 22 to the UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and FC Barcelona soccer star. Shakira, 36, who will soon be a mentor on NBC’s “The Voice,” teased fans with a photo of Milan wearing custom-made Nike sneakers when he was first born.

To celebrate the birth of their first child, the couple has urged fans to donate to their global online baby shower benefiting the organization. Once a donation is made, the donor gets a personal thank you message from Shakira and Piqué.
