Watch Emma Stone out lip-sync Jimmy Fallon on ‘The Tonight Show’
Jimmy Fallon has brought his pop music savvy with him to his new gig as host of “The Tonight Show,” but he had to bow down before 25-year-old actress Emma Stone on Tuesday’s show, where he invited her to go mike-to-mike with him in another round of his lip-sync contest bit.
Each chose two songs, Fallon beginning with Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy,” followed by Stone with Blues Traveler’s “Hook.” Fallon then turns to Styx’s prog-rock classic “Mr. Roboto,” and the segment concludes with “The Amazing Spider-Man” actress taking on DJ Khaled’s chest-thumping “All I Do Is Win,” which is pretty clearly what she did by acing not only Khaled’s part but also the recording’s guest rap by Ludacris as well.

It’s not a big surprise given Stone’s history of blending her interest in acting with music, having skillfully used Madonna’s “Hollywood” song as the soundtrack to a PowerPoint presentation she put together to persuade her parents to allow her to move from their home in Arizona to Hollywood to pursue her career ambition.
She also landed the role of singing actress Laurie Partridge for a VH1 reality show, “In Search of the New Partridge Family,” but the series never got off the ground.
