The Eighties The finale of the limited-run series focuses on “The Tech Boom” at the end of the decade. 6 and 9 p.m. CNN
Beauty and the Beast It’s not Christmas Eve, but this fantasy series airs an “It’s a Wonderful Life”-themed episode in which Vincent (Jay Ryan) ponders whether Cat (Kristin Kreuk) would have had a better life without him. 9 p.m. KTLA
Greatest Hits This new series hosted by Arsenio Hall and country music’s Kelsea Ballerini features top hits from recent decades. Among those slated to appear during the show’s run: Backstreet Boys, Rick Springfield, Foreigner, Wilson Phillips, Chicago and Boyz II Men. 9 p.m. ABC
Flip or Flop The turnaround for the worst home in an Anaheim Hills neighborhood may be delayed by the homeowners association. 9 p.m. HGTV
Aquarius Hodiak (David Duchovny) is under the microscope of Internal Affairs investigators, while Manson (Gethin Anthony) isn’t happy about the connection between Emma and Dennis Wilson (Emma Dumont, Andy Favreau). Ambyr Childers also stars in this new episode. 10 p.m. NBC
Thirteen The family is walking on eggshells around Ivy (Jody Comer), unsure of how to react when she drops references to her years imprisoned in the cellar, while, Det. Merchant (Valene Kane) stumbles across some old mall surveillance camera footage showing Ivy strolling in public with her alleged abductor in a manner that leads Merchant to wonder whether her entire story is a lie. 10 p.m. BBC America
Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll After an old friend dies suddenly, the band must question where they are in their lives in the season premiere. Dennis Leary, Elizabeth Gillies, Elaine Hendrix, John Corbett, John Ales and Robert Kelly star. 10 p.m. FX

Tiger Beach: Sharkopedia Edition The first of three Shark Week specials looks at how tiger sharks mate and where the females give birth. 8 p.m. Discovery
Nuclear Sharks In this new special, Philippe Cousteau and Luke Tipple travel to Bikini Atoll, a marine environment destroyed by nuclear testing during the Cold War, which has been mysteriously repopulated with reef sharks. 9 p.m. Discovery
Jungle Shark Dr. Craig O’Connell and Andy Casagrande travel up the Serena River in Costa Rica to investigate why young bull sharks travel up the river and how they avoid being preyed upon by the 12- to 14-foot crocodiles inhabiting it in this new special. 10 p.m. Discovery
Shark After Dark Eli Roth hosts filmmaker Andy Casagrande and diver Ashlan Cousteau in the season finale. 11 p.m. Discovery
