So far, so good for the newcomers to the CBS prime-time lineup this fall, with the network announcing that it has placed full-season orders for all three of the shows.

Kevin James’ sitcom return, “Kevin Can Wait,” as well as the Michael Weatherly-led drama “Bull” and the rebooted “MacGyver” will continue throughout the fall season.

All three have yielded decent ratings for CBS, with “MacGyver” winning its 8 p.m. time slot on Fridays and “Bull” garnering the strongest numbers of all the new fall shows with a viewership average of just over 17 million. “Kevin Can Wait,” for its part, was touted by the network as the top-rated new comedy this fall, with an average of just over 11 million viewers. Next week, the show will shift from 8:30 p.m. on Mondays to 8 p.m. to make room for Matt LeBlanc’s new sitcom, “Man With a Plan.”

“We’re thrilled viewers have embraced these three shows creatively,” CBS Entertainment President Glenn Geller said in a statement. “Each one has made an immediate and positive impact on our schedule.”

In other TV news, TBS announced that it had picked up a new comedy series starring Tracy Morgan. The as-yet untitled show will be created by Jordan Peele of “Key and Peele” fame, who will also executive produce along with Morgan.
