‘Breaking Bad’s’ Aaron Paul to announce Primetime Emmy nominations
Is Aaron Paul in line for another Emmy nomination?
Though it’s not a sure thing, the two-time Emmy Award winner, who has scored two awards for “Breaking Bad,” has been selected as one of the announcers who will unveil the key nominees for the 65th Primetime Emmy Nominations on July 18.
Performers who have been chosen in the past to announce the nominations are usually considered to have good chances of securing a nomination.
Paul will be joined at the podium by Kate Mara, co-star of “House of Cards.”
The announcements will be held at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ Leonard H. Goldenson Theatre, and will be streamed live at www.emmys.com.
Paul has won two Emmys for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series for his portrayal of the troubled junkie Jesse Pinkman in the AMC drama, which is returning to AMC in August for its final episodes.
