Ken Ehrlich returning as Primetime Emmy Awards executive producer
Veteran TV producer Ken Ehrlich is returning to guide the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards, which will air Sept. 22.
Ehrlich is no stranger to the Emmys -- he’s served as executive producer five times previously, most recently in 2008.
Ehrlich has also been producer of the Grammy Awards for the last two years, including the 2012 ceremony which was the highest-rated Grammys telecast since 1984.

In addition to his awardscast work, Ehrlich also produced “Come Together: A Night for John Lennon’s Words and Music, Dedicated to New York City and Its People” just two weeks after Sept. 11, 2001, and the “Live8” show in Philadelphia.
This year’s awards will be held at the Nokia Theatre in downtown Los Angeles and broadcast on CBS.
